My name is Realda, I am a licensed psychologist with over ten years of experience in the field of mental health, and I hold a degree in Clinical Psychology from Università Cattolica, Italy. I specialize in working with immigrant families, particularly Albanian and Kosovar families living in Italy. For several years, I have collaborated with the Social Services of the Municipality of Brescia, providing psychological support and interventions in challenging family situations. I am a practitioner of the psychodynamic approach, focusing on a deep understanding of emotions, relationships, and internal conflicts that influence daily life. This approach allows me to offer reflective and in-depth support, helping individuals and families understand their motives, feelings, and behaviors.
