Hello and welcome to my profile! I am Iulia, Clinical Psychologist, Integrative Psychotherapist, Addiction Counselor and Art-Therapy Specialist. I stepped into the role of psychologist and therapist after walking my own path of understanding and transformation. After seeing myself reflected in many mirrors, I felt ready to accompany others on their journeys of search and discovery. Throughout my professional training, I learned to meet and hold space for those I work with through kindness, openness, and presence. I work with a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, anxious and depressive states, challenging emotions such as anger and shame, crisis situations, stress and burnout, the search for meaning and motivation, self-esteem and self-image, addictions, self-exploration, and personal development. My approach is based on understanding each person’s experience, offering a safe and empathic space to support processes of self-discovery, emotional regulation, and inner reconnection, while honoring the pace and uniqueness of each individual. I have personally experienced restlessness, emotional pain, search for meaning, feeling lost, self-sabotage and doubt, burnout and stress, so I come to you as someone who has been there and who has moved through stories that may feel familiar to you as well.
