My journey started as a soft skills trainer and coach, field where I worked for about six years in two major software companies, where being fascinated by the human mind and how it influences our daily life I wanted more, so I have started the professional reconversion 9 years ago, entering the psychology field. Today, I'm touched by my client's stories of their life, it's a honor to witness in humbleness their suffering as well as their progress towards growth. I work a lot with feelings and with the body, using imagery whenever it fits, mindfulness, stimulating the "here and now", training the awareness. I always start with identifying resources and consolidating them so that the client can access them all the time when he/she feels that it's too much to handle. What I offer all the time is kindness and a space of mutual trust and safeness.
