Xhuljan Lala

Hello! I am Xhuljan, a licensed psychologist in Italy with a university degree in Clinical Psychology. I have developed my professional experience in public and private institutions, where my focus is on promoting mental health, prevention, diagnosis, rehabilitation, and psychological support. After completing my master's degree in 'Human Resource Management and Development', I expanded my expertise in the field of organizational psychology. Another important area of my work is working with adults and young people in the prison system, where I have developed trainings and workshops with a special focus on applying the DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) model. Currently, in addition to these commitments, I provide services as a clinical psychologist in my private practice in the province of Milan, where I work primarily with adults.
