A bit more

Hello! I am Jona, a cognitive-behavioural therapist (CBT) with a special focus on treating trauma, emotional issues, and stress-related disorders. With my deep experience in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and interpersonal problems, I aim to help my clients achieve sustainable and balanced well-being. My therapeutic approach is guided by two scientifically proven models: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These methods allow me to provide a personalised therapeutic experience, where the balance between empathy and coping is essential. Building a strong, trust-based relationship with clients is my main priority in every session. Currently, I work full-time as a school psychologist, helping adolescents cope with their emotional and psychological challenges during a critical period of their development. My dedication is to create a safe and supportive environment where every client feels heard and empowered to address their problems with confidence and strength.
