Introduction

Bliss is an online therapy platform that pairs you with a licensed therapist and gives that therapist an AI “twin” you can talk to any time — so support is there between sessions, not only during them. This documentation explains how every part works, for users, therapists, and companies.

What Bliss is

At its core Bliss does three things: it helps you find the right therapist, lets you book and attend live video sessions, and gives you an AI twin of your therapist to talk to in between. The twin is trained on each therapist’s own approach and voice — it’s a companion, never a replacement for the human or for crisis care.

Who it’s for

  • Users — anyone looking for therapy, from a free intro call to ongoing weekly sessions.
  • Therapists — practitioners who run their schedule, see clients over video, and shape their AI twin.
  • Companies — employers who sponsor mental-health sessions for their team.

How this documentation is organized

The sidebar groups pages by audience. If you’re new, start with How it works for the whole journey at a glance, then dive into the section that fits you.

Note
Some features (company sponsorship, referrals, promo codes) are switched on per account or per employer, so you may not see every one described here.
