Data residency

Personal data is stored in the European Union. Keeping to one region makes data handling consistent and GDPR-aligned for every user.

Encryption

• Video sessions are end-to-end encrypted by our video provider.
• Traffic to and from Bliss is encrypted in transit.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe — Bliss never stores your full card number.

Who processes your data

Bliss relies on a small set of vetted providers (for video, payments, email, and AI). They’re listed, with what they do, on the sub-processors page.
