Hello and welcome! I am Kristal, a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist. I completed my studies in Clinical Psychology at Albanian University and I am qualified at Level 2 as a Group Psychotherapist through the Institute of Group Analysis in the United Kingdom. I offer individual and group therapy, working primarily from a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspective. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression and emotional distress, trauma and abuse, loss and grief, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ related concerns, and self-harming behaviours. I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and feel less alone with your difficulties. I will meet you with warmth, patience, and openness, while respecting your individuality and your own pace. My role is not to give you ready-made answers, but to help you explore what lies beneath your experiences and develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, and your relationships.
