A pitch stage in San Francisco

Bliss Therapy pitched at One Way Summit 2026, held in San Francisco on 28–29 October. The organiser announced the dates for the summit’s second edition and said its second stage would host a global startup pitch competition, with more than 40 startups competing.

According to founder Jona Doda, Bliss Therapy was one of 20 global startups in the Healthtech vertical, and the only startup that ecosystem partner Startup Grind selected for that category.

Nominated through Startup Grind

Jona said the company was nominated by Aneida Bajraktari Bicja of Startup Grind, and named James Gee as the summit’s organiser. She first heard about the summit while she was in Silicon Valley with the Plug and Play GOAL Programme.

Building for people who moved

Ahead of the pitch, she wrote: “As an immigrant founder building mental health support for other immigrants, I’m excited to share Bliss Therapy with a room full of people who know what it means to build a life, and a business, in another country.”

Bliss Therapy connects people with therapists and coaches who understand their language and cultural background, including people living abroad. The company has not announced a result from the competition.
