An angel round with three backers
Bliss Therapy raised $270,000 in angel funding, announced on 11 March 2026. ArcticStartup reported the round as €233K. Press coverage described the round as led by Keiretsu Forum, Finest Love VC and Plug and Play, and said it combines angel investment with non-dilutive grants.
Tech.eu described the company as originally founded in Albania and headquartered in Finland. The company said the round marked the first Albanian–Finnish startup investment by these organisations.
AI that supports therapists
Tech.eu reported that the platform combines therapists across more than 10 countries with AI-powered cultural and linguistic matching. The company’s bigger bet is therapist-trained digital companions: supervised AI that extends a therapist’s support between sessions, trained on that therapist’s tone, therapeutic approach and philosophy while remaining under professional oversight.
“We’re not building another chatbot,” founder Jona Doda said in Tech.eu’s coverage. “We’re building AI that understands the cultural layer of mental health, because that’s where most systems fail.”
Early traction and next steps
AlbaniaTech reported early B2B traction, including Raiffeisen Bank and We Love Mondays. Ravik Mima, CEO of Keiretsu Forum SEE, said: “People are already turning to AI for emotional support, but most systems were never designed for real care.”
At the time, the company said it would use the funding to launch the first version of its therapist-trained AI companions, expand into more diaspora markets including the United States, grow B2B partnerships with multinational companies and strengthen AI governance and clinical oversight.
