My name is Geetika Arora. With a Master's in Clinical Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology, I bring 5 years of clinical experience to my practice. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, supporting those facing challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and low self-esteem. In our sessions, my priority is to create a safe space where you feel truly heard and understood. I listen with genuine curiosity and without judgment, reflecting back what I hear so you can explore difficult emotions with compassion. I believe every client is the expert on their own lived experience and approach therapy with openness and respect for your unique background and values. I offer culturally sensitive care in English and Hindi.
